'This is Me!'

So as this is a way to get a better inside look on me i've listed the required 10 points on things i luuurv...

Just finished reading... ‘Half the Sky’, which unmasked some of the atrocities that unfortunate women endure in the 21st century(sex trafficking, gender- based violence, maternal deaths, honour killings, mass rape, genital mutilation...) yet shows how they overcame those challenges. It shows a pragmatic view on how freedom for millions of humans can occur, through the simple solution of investing in girls and women as well as showing how ‘we’ can help-a definite eye opener!

My biggest challenge... was to silence all voices of negativity and to embrace the pitfalls of life, for its when our greatest teachings occur!

I find inspiration from... brave, eccentric people who are unafraid to step beyond boundaries and who in the face of doubt/failure arose to shine light on a different and profound way of life, like Ghandi.

My favourite artist... is Leonardo da Vinci, for his superhuman mind –painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist and writer!!!

Love the smell... of a baby’s forehead, wet grass, the ocean, Christmas cooking and wild flowers.

My definition of architecture... is the process of design and construction of form, space, function, technical, social and an aesthetic manipulation of a building.

Favourite quote...‘All men dream but not equally, those who dream by night in the dusty recess of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity, but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.’ –T.E.Lawrence.

The photograph i love the most... is a personal one of my father and myself , where he playfully held me up in his arms, while i was holding on for dear life:)

My favourite architect... has to be Frank Gehry, specifically The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao-one of the greatest building EVER!

My favourite room in my home... has to be my bedroom, its my sanctuary and have manipulated it to showcase all my favourite things so when i enter it I’m instantly happy!
